DISNEY STAR KYLE MASSEY CHARGED WITH FELONY INVOLVING MINOR

Kyle Massey is now facing a felony for allegedly sending explicit pictures and videos to a 13-year-old girl. Massey claimed he was being extorted after being sued for the alleged sexual misconduct in 2019.

The “That’s So Raven” star is accused of sending several explicit text messages, pics and videos via Snapchat to a 13-year-old girl, allegedly including shots of his junk. According to legal docs obtained by “TMZ,” Massey has been charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

Apparently, the civil suit for $1-point-five-million didn’t go anywhere because the girl’s lawyers didn’t think Massey even had the money. So, she filed a report with the Sheriff’s Office instead, and her mom gave the police a thumb drive containing the explicit material. After an investigation, Massey’s arraignment was set for Monday… but he didn’t show.

KEVIN FEDERLINE WANTS 'THE BEST' FOR EX BRITNEY SPEARS

It’s been a week since Britney Spears spoke out against her conservatorship, and a lawyer for Brit’s ex Kevin Federline is sharing his client’s thoughts following the emotional testimony.

"The best thing would be for their mom to be healthy and happy. And if either of those things aren't true, it doesn't provide for the best setting for custody to be exercised," lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells "People," referring to the former couple’s sons 15-year-old Sean Preston, and 14-year-old Jayden James. "[Kevin] certainly respects Britney and only hopes the best for her because when the best for her is achieved, it's the best for their kids." He adds, "The kids love their mother and he wants there to be a healthy and strong relationship."

Regarding Britney’s testimony, Kaplan notes, "Britney has not been served well by the conservatorship and it's not consistent with what she wants," adding, "I think that she should be able to challenge that. And if it's what's best for her, Kevin supports it."

ELVIS COSTELLO DEFENDS OLIVIA RODRIGO AGAINST PLAGIARSIM CLAIMS

Elvis Costello has got Olivia Rodrigo’s back. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has shut down folks on the Internet who are accusing Olivia of plagiarizing his 1978 hit “Pump It Up.”

Some commenters have pointed out that Olivia’s song “Brutal” features a "pretty much a direct lift" of the chord sequence in “Pump It up” but Elvis doesn’t seem to care.

“This is fine by me...It's how rock & roll works," Elvis responded. "You take the broken pieces of another thrill and make a brand new toy." He added: "That's what I did."

Elvis then added the hashtags #SubterraneanHomesickBlues, the Bob Dylan song that influenced “Pump It Up.” and #TooMuchMonkeyBusiness, the Chuck Berry song that influenced Dylan’s track.Check out the two songs to the right and compare for yourself.
